Event Waiver

I am not aware of any injury, illness, or other health related issue that would restrict or limit my ability to participate in Boppn's Event.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER / RELEASE / INDEMNIFICATION

I understand and fully and completely accept that there are inherent risks involved in participating in a Boppn Event, and that accidents, injuries and damage to person and/or property may occur during the event. Accordingly, I hereby knowingly and freely accept and assume any and all such risks, both known and unknown.

In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the Boppn Event (and related events and activities), I hereby covenant not to sue and to forever release Boppn LLC and/or any of its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors and advertisers (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all present and future claims, damages, injury, disability, death and loss or damage to person or property (whether resulting from negligence or any other cause), resulting from my participation in the Boppn Event and/or any other activities related thereto, when or however the same may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive any and all claims resulting from any cause (including negligence) that may (or may otherwise have been) made by me, my family, estate, heirs and assigns.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Boppn LLC and the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities damages, costs and expenses arising from or in any way incurred or connected with any injury and/or property damage that I may cause or sustain while participating in the Boppn Event. I understand and agree that neither Boppn LLC nor the Released Parties are responsible for any harm in any way whatsoever that I may incur as a result of my participation in the Boppn Event. I attest that any consumption of alcohol is my own choice, and neither Boppn LLC nor the Released Parties are responsible for any harm in any way whatsoever that I may incur as a result of consuming alcohol throughout the Boppn Event. I am aware all activities that are a part of the Boppn Event are completely voluntary and there is no specific task or challenge that must be completed in order to win.

COMMUNICATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I agree to receive communications from Boppn LLC related to my participation in the Boppn Event. This includes:

• Text messages, emails, and notifications about ticket sales
• One-time passcodes to verify my phone number
• Reminders to open the Boppn app and create a group chat with my team
• Occasional updates or promotions about current or future Boppn events

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. I understand that I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.

TEAM COMMUNICATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION SHARING

As part of the event experience, our app includes a group chat feature designed to facilitate communication among team members. By registering for and participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree that your name, phone number, and email address will be shared with the other members of your assigned team, who may or may not be known to you prior to participation. This information is shared solely for the purpose of enabling collaboration and communication within your team during the event. By signing up, you expressly consent to this sharing of your contact information with your teammates. If you do not wish to share this information with other participants, please do not register for or use the app.
